Junior Full Stack Developer

Job Description

Febno Technologies is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Full Stack Developer to join our growing IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing web applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness across both front-end and back-end systems.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, project managers, and senior developers to deliver scalable and user-friendly digital solutions. The role requires a strong understanding of modern web technologies, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain web applications using modern frameworks and technologies
Work on both front-end (UI/UX) and back-end (server, database) development
Collaborate with team members to define, design, and ship new features
Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance
Ensure code quality, security, and scalability
Participate in code reviews and team discussions
Requirements:

Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Familiarity with frameworks like React, Node.js, or similar
Understanding of databases (MySQL, MongoDB, etc.)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Qualifications:

Internship or project experience in web development
Knowledge of version control systems like Git
Understanding of REST APIs and cloud services
